Sleep

Sleep is important. It is to rejuvenate our bodies so they can function properly during the day. It is so that processes in the body can properly accumulate substances and gather things together so that they can function. Mostly so that our brains can stop thinking and slow down so that the information we learned during the day can actually be processed into what makes sense to us. Without proper rest we will short out, malfunction and possible die, It was designed like that. God is a great designer and knows more about us than we will ever know. May God bless us in all things!!!
