God is good!!

I lost a cat last week. All of a sudden. No warning. He had a heart attack. I was shocked.And think I still am to some extent. I had him for 15 years and cannot imagine a day without him. But on the flip side, I prayed for a quick death. My prayer was that if God was ready for Henry, that Henry not suffer but go quickly. And God answered my prayer. After clearing my head when he passed I thought about that and said God will always answer His children's prayer. It was not what I expected and certainly not what I wanted. But the alternative was for Henry to revive, me run back and forth with him to the emergency clinic probably going through procedures and living another period of time in pain (possibly). And then being euthanized. That would have broken my heart worse. As bad as this was that would have been worse. God is faithful. He is good and He loves His children.
